How do I pay?
New Zealand: Payment may be made within 3 days of purchase via bank deposit or credit card details may be given over the phone.
If you would like to pay by cheque contact me about the items that you’d like, and I will let you know where to send a check.
International: Madame Fancy Pants can securely accept major credit cards and money transfers through PayPal.
You will receive a paypal request converted to your preferred currency, within two working days of placing your order.
Payment is to be made within three days of receiving the payment request.

How do you ship my goods?
New Zealand orders are shipped via courier post. The tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
International shipping is via New Zealand post with optional insurance. You will be e-mailed a confirmation once your order is shipped.
Will you charge me sales tax? No tax will be added to any orders at this time.
When will I receive my jewellery?
New Zealand orders can expect delivery of your jewellery 1-2 weeks after payment is received, at the latest. This includes time for shipping.
International orders can expect delivery of your jewellery 2-3 weeks after payment is received, at the latest. This includes time for shipping.
Each item is handmade for you so depending on the complexity of the piece this will of course affect the time in which you receive it.
If you need your jewellery sooner, please get in contact so delivery may be hurried up- it doesn’t hurt to ask!
Variations: Each of Madame Fancy Pants’ pieces are handmade, some variations may occur.
Availability: You will be notified immediately if you order a piece that is no longer available via email and given the opportunity to choose another item or cancel your order.
What is your return policy?
Returns of unworn jewellery are accepted within 30 days of receipt. A store credit will be provided in the form of voucher code minus a 15% restocking fee.
Custom orders and sale items cannot be returned.
Returns must be in original condition and packaging and accompanied by its receipt. Shipping for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
What about damaged/broken goods?
Madame Fancy Pants Jewellery has a 6 month guarantee, send it back and I will fix it! Payment may be required once assessment of jewellery state has been made.
If jewellery is outside guarantee payment will be required depending on problem.
Email returns@madamefancypants.com and I will provide an address for you to mail your insured and carefully packed item to.
Sorry but all returns postage must be covered by the customer.
How do I take care of my jewellery?
