Position: Retail associate
Terms: 1 day per week/permanent
Days: Sunday / 5 hours / See our open hours here + cover shifts + extra hours over the busy December and January period.
We are looking for someone that loves connecting with people, who has a genuine passion for quality clothing, homegoods and all things MFP.

Required skills
- Previous retail customer service and sales experience
- Confident with web-based applications
- Confident with Google workspace
- Previous experience of Vend and Shopify

Responsibilities include
- Customer service and sales
- Building and maintaining strong ongoing customer relationships
- Processing in store transactions
- Maintaining thorough product knowledge
- Online store support
- Gift wrapping
- Maintaining shop presentation to a high standard
- Day-to-day shop merchandising
- Processing of incoming stock
- Light cleaning duties
