Store Returns

If you have purchased an item in our Greytown store, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit on all items excluding food, plants, skincare, personal care items and items on sale/discounted.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases made in store.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of making your purchase unless you have an MFP gift exchange card with a date exemption on it.
  • You will need proof of purchase (your receipt, details of the transaction, bank statement, your name/email if the transaction was put against your name)
  • The item/s must be unwashed, unworn and with the original tags and packaging in resell-able condition.
  • Must be a non sale/discounted item.

If you cannot make it in then please contact us to let us know of your intention to return your item/s.
