ORDER FULFILMENT PROCESS
♥ Madame Fancy Pants will fulfil and ship orders once payment has been received in full.
♥ We aim to get orders out as swiftly as possible!
♥ When you have placed your order you will be emailed an order confirmation which will contain details of your order. If there are any issues with the order please get in touch right away.
♥ Once your order has been wrapped, packed, sealed with a kiss and in the hot lil hands of our lovely courier you will receive another email containing your tracking number.
♥ WEEKDAY ORDERS: Orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday will be processed and couriered on the same day. Orders placed after 10am will be processed and couriered the following business day.
♥ WEEKEND / PUBLIC HOLIDAY ORDERS: These will be couriered on the following business day.
SHIPPING TIME / WHO WILL DELIVER YOUR ORDER
♥ MFP uses Post Haste or NZ Post Couriers - they are always tracked and traced.
♥ Courier times are generally 1-3 working days. (Please allow longer for high demand times such as Christmas)
♥ Rural delivery can take up to 7 working days depending on the rural driver.
♥ Please note that courier delivery times are estimated and do not include processing and dispatch.
