We are working on the best options for picking up your order from MFP HQ in Featherston, Wairarapa.

ORDER FULFILMENT PROCESS
♥ Madame Fancy Pants will fulfil and ship orders once payment has been received in full.
♥ We aim to get orders out as swiftly as possible!
♥ When you have placed your order you will be emailed an order confirmation which will contain details of your order. If there are any issues with the order please get in touch right away.
♥ Once your order has been wrapped, packed, sealed with a kiss and in the hot lil hands of our lovely courier you will receive another email containing your tracking number (if applicable).
♥ WEEKDAY ORDERS: Orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday will be couriered on the same day. Orders placed after 10am will be couriered the following business day.
♥ WEEKEND / PUBLIC HOLIDAY ORDERS: These will be couriered on the next business day.
SHIPPING TIME / WHO WILL DELIVER YOUR ORDER
New Zealand:
♥ MFP uses Post Haste Couriers which is fully tracked and traced.
♥ Courier times are generally 1-3 working days. (Please allow longer for high demand times such as Christmas)
♥ Rural delivery can take up to 7 working days depending on the rural driver.
♥ Please note that courier delivery times are estimated and do not include processing and dispatch.
International:
You can choose between Tracked economy courier or untracked NZ Post.
♥ The amount we charge is the maximum for shipping - if your parcel comes in costing less to post we will refund the difference #yay!
♥ Tracked economy courier which is fully tracked and traced and signature is required on delivery. Delivery can be expected within 3 - 10 working days (excluding any customs delays). If you need your order in a mega hurry then get in touch and we will see what we can arrange.
♥ Untracked NZ Post parcels are fully insured, but untraceable and can take up to 3 weeks for delivery depending on your location.
♥ Please be aware that MFP is not liable for any import duty or tax that may be applied to your order on entry to your country. Sometimes parcels can be held in customs and may add on to your delivery time.
