Marshmallow Snowball

Bring a little midwinter sweetness to your day with these delicious old fashioned homemade fluffy vanilla marshmallow snowballs, coated in dark chocolate, hand rolled in white chocolate and finished with coconut.

Ingredients - Sugar, glucose, gelatine, egg white, cream of tartar, vanilla, coconut, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin), vanilla, cocoa solids 55%) white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier (soy lecithin) vanilla, cocoa solids 28%, dry milk solids 23%)
