Oh my goodness!  If there were one thing I could ask for on Cuba Street it would be a cupcake ATM.  I mean seriously, who doesn’t like cupcakes? If you’re reading this and you don’t like cupcakes…then well..gosh darn it something must’a happened to you in the womb and I feel very sad for you.  BUT in saying that perhaps then there will be more cupcakes for me.  (mwahahahahaah!)

I have been very lucky over the last few weeks and have been given cupcakes by 2 wonderful ladies, (Item a, Item B) yet my cupcake hunger is not satisfied.  So how overjoyed was I to come across this iced, circular wonder? Heck what? A cupcake ATM? Oh you know I was jumping in my seat and doing a chair dance.  This nifty idea is the baby of Sprinkles Cupcakes over in Beverly Hills (yes I know you’re thinking 90210..I am).  They have heaps of locations for their Sprinkles Cupcakes stores but just one cupcake ATM which is located between bedford & Camden 2 blocks west of rodeo drive …and yes..whats that? Being an ATM its open…wait for it….24 HOURS A DAY!  Super for those 3am I need a cupcake RIGHT NOW moments.

Now I need to go find a cupcake after all this cupcake talk.

There is a package whisking its way through the air on a jet plane which I am super excited about.  

Pin.Wheel.Jewels.  Yup that's right. Teeny wee wind pinwheels that actually work to wear in your ear or around your neck!  Hand made in sterling silver and enamel by Tess of Nova Designs (Philadelphia, USA), these little beauties are sure to become a favourite jewellery piece.
We are getting them in pink, blue, silver,black and red..I'm yet to decide my fav colour..but I have an inkling I will be needing some wee pink ones! Cotton candy pinwheels!  
They will be popped up on line as soon as we get em in store.

These super rad new note cards designed by Joke of Tokketok are just the ticket to say HELLO! or give a loved one a happy thought for the day.  In plain white or bright colours with gold foil (oohh yes gold foil - LOVE!) they are sure to end up on the fridge or pin board.

I'm super excited to introduce a new designer to y'al!  

Coming to Madame Fancy Pants early March will be the a collection of gorgeous dresses (and 1 cape!) from Alice Nightingale.  Her winter collection is called 'The Librarian',  with a touch of bookish glamour this wee collection houses pinafores, peter pan collars, velvet (yee!!), wool and other lovelies to keep you cozy over winter.  I'm loving a wee velvet pinafore - so sweet with a blouse underneath!  

Now MFP usually only stocks dresses but I HAD to make an exception for this super delightful wool, peter pan 2 button cape...Oh lala! take that cold days!

Not your grammas stitching is their motto and aint it true!

From beefcakes to kitty's, skulls to owls, russian dolls, unicorns and more the Sublime Stitching girls have thought of it all.  

If you like a simple stitch or an in-depth multi coloured and stitched extravaganza you can make it so.  Each sheet of transfers can be used up to 5 time and at $8 a pack that works out at roughly 10-30 CENTS an image! nuts eh.  You can stitch'a lil something for everyone (perhaps even start on those Christmas pressies now..eeekk yes I said it)
We have 2 types of ABC,  Heavy Metal (ra!) and a more vintage influenced type for spelling out rude words or kind words.
For those folk who missed out on the super rad owl scissors...we have em back in! only a few pairs so snip snap em up!  If you have never stitched before and you would like some advice I am more than happy to give a some and send you to some super helpful sites to get you on your stitching way.

So howdy! Welcome to 2012 and a fresh year of sun, fun and new goodies.

In anticipation of Easter I got in these super wee darling soaps.  Perfect for that lovely person who perhaps cannot eat chocolate (or fathom carob....blurrghhh!! yes hello Jenn I'm talking to you!) these wee Nest egg soaps, Rubber ducky soap and my fav the wee button soap...aww!! All of the soaps are lightly scented and come in sweet boxes tied up with bows and only $8. Bargain!

I'm a big fan of notebooks, I think I possibly may be slightly obsessed with them.  If ever I see a cute notebook free with a magazine....even if I don't like the magazine...I will buy it.  Then save it until I find the right time to use it.   This new Julia Rothman typewriter notebook is just my type (ah hehehe) of notebook.  We also have these uber cute wee little girl notebooks in!  2 of them have animal ear hats and 2 have flowers in their hair...so sweet!
